Enjoy this historic Texas home all to yourself! Mulberry Manor is located in the Historic Trammell House in Sweetwater Texas. Rancher and banker Thomas Trammell - called the "Father of Sweetwater" - hired noted architect John Young (the father of actress Loretta Young) to design the house. The home was built during the period of 1911 to 1913 and reflects the Mission Revival-Prairie School style of architecture. It is approximately 5,600 square feet and consists of four guest rooms, two large living areas, a formal dining room, a powder room, a kitchen with an attached breakfast room, a lounge with big screen TV and bar, office and beautifully landscaped atrium. Guest rooms are appointed with beautiful antiques, luxury linens, Gilchrist and Soames toiletries, and plush bathrobes. INCLUDES: - Two Nights Accommodation - Fully-Stocked Kitchen - Exclusive Use of the Entire Home Details: 2 nights / 4 bedrooms / Sleeps up to 8 Restrictions: Subject to availability; Blackout dates on holidays; 2nd weekend of March; and Sweetwater Homecoming Must book package within 12 months of purchase. A note from Covington Elementary PTA: This is the first year of our online auction to raise money to support families, children, jobs and education. This year's auction proceeds will help in supporting the underwriting cost for giving away 1000's of free boxes of foods, including the distribution of new home supplies, school supplies, furniture, clothing and even small home appliances donated by major stores. There are two distribution centers in Austin and Georgetown area. We give away for free to needy families throughout central Texas. A tremendous THANK YOU to all of the generous donors.
